Nippou! I love Radiohead!! This song was their first major international hit, because it was such a different song compared to the other songs in their first album.
But so many people just new of Radiohead as "that band that played Creep" at the time that Thom Yorke (the lead singer) became frustrated and wrote a song called Iron Lung, about how his band just depends on one song, with the release of the album OK Computer or even The Bends Radiohead became much more well known, but through 1995-2001 they refused to play Creep live due to the frustration it gave the band in earlier times!
